The Last of Us Part II, desenvolvido pela Naughty Dog e publicado pela Sony Studios foi eleito o Jogo do Ano de 2020 pelo Brazil Game Awards (BGA), júri independente que reúne mais de cem veículos, produtores de conteúdo e críticos de videogame. Além disso, o jogo levou outros três troféus: Melhor Jogo de Ação e Aventura, Melhor Trilha Sonora e Melhor Dublagem em Português.
- Out of Space, da Behold Studios, ficou com o prêmio de Jogo Brasileiro do Ano.
Dois jogos faturaram duas categorias cada:
- Hades: Melhor Jogo Original e Melhor Jogo Independente;
- Fall Guys: Melhor Jogo para Família e Melhor Multiplayer.
